Pick Your Parking
If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for general parking and may be purchased online in advance. To upgrade your night with easier entry and exit, Ultra Premier Parking (closest to the ticket gates), Premier Parking (closest to the lot exit), or Rockstar Parking (best of both worlds) can be purchased.

The following items will be permitted:
- CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Small clutch bags (6” x 9”) – these do not need to be clear
- Blankets
- Water Bottles – up to 1-gallon per person, factory sealed (non-frozen)
- Refillable plastic & aluminum water bottles (must be empty upon entry)
- Food Items – in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc bag (one bag per person)
- Handheld fans with clear plastic or foam blades
- Neck fans with plastic blade guards
- Bug Spray and Sunscreen
- Umbrellas – must be small, collapsible style; no pointed/metal tips or golf umbrellas
- Cameras – non-professional, point and shoot style cameras only (no detachable lenses; camera must fit into a normal-sized front pant pocket)
- Binoculars
- Signs & posters that are 8.5 x 11 inches or smaller (this is the size of a regular sheet of printer paper)
*Please Note: These policies are subject to change based on the show and artist requests. Any item that may pose a threat to other guests, employees or our performers will not be allowed.
The following items are NOT permitted through the ticket gates. We appreciate your help in leaving these items at home:
- Chairs of ANY kind
- Bags/purses that do not meet our bag policy: Must be CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. Any bags that do not meet our guidelines must be returned to your vehicle.
- Umbrellas with pointed/metal tips or golf umbrellas
- Tablets (including iPads, Kindles, etc.), selfie-sticks, GoPros
- Professional cameras or cameras that do not meet our guidelines (all cameras must be non-professional, point and shoot style cameras with NO detachable lenses; must fit into a normal-sized front pant pocket)
- Any beverage besides factory-sealed water (1 per person) - FROZEN water bottles are also not allowed
- Alcohol
- Marijuana
- Illegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers
- Cans
- Coolers of any kind
- Laser pointers
- Signs & posters larger than 8.5 x 11 inches (size of regular sheet of printer paper)
- Animals (except service animals)
- Fireworks
- Weapons of any kind
- Chains
- Glow sticks
- Spike jewelry

All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.
We will allow CLEAR plastic/vinyl tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6” x 9”). The small clutch bags do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. Any bags that do not meet our guidelines must be returned to your vehicle.
You’ll need a valid ID for events with age restrictions, and to drink alcohol. Any of these will get you in: A state-issued ID or driver’s license Current US Government or military ID An official passport We take underage drinking seriously, and if you don’t have an ID that proves you’re 21 or older, you won’t be able to buy, drink or carry alcohol in the venue. If you break these rules, you will be removed from the amphitheater. And no, you won’t get a refund.
There are a total of three entrance areas to the venue. The main entry gates, located next to the right of the Box Office are available for use regardless of the ticket type. The Fast Lane is also located in this area, and is the furthest gate on the left. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. Our VIP guests have a separate entry gate located adjacent to the VIP Parking Lot. All guests using this gate must be VIP guests and have the appropriate ticket. The Hollywood Casino shuttles will drop off at the Hollywood Casino gate. All guests riding the shuttles will be required to show their issued wristband for entry and exit through this gate and access to the casino shuttles.
Re-Entry is not permitted at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater St. Louis. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at new Merch Shops located in the Front Entry Plaza, South (right) Plaza and North (left) Plaza. For Festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

Designated smoking areas are in the outdoor plaza areas. Please refrain from smoking in the Reserved Seating Area as this is not a designated smoking area. While we do not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining we will ask you to smoke in the plazas. We appreciate your cooperation. The same policy applies for electronic cigarettes that applies for tobacco cigarettes and cigars. Please note that marijuana is not permitted.
All of our events are all ages. Children 24 months and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small point and shoot style digital cameras. All cameras must fit into a normal-sized front pant pocket. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras, so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Hollywood Casino Amphitheater St. Louis does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
