Accessibility

Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre St. Louis strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone. For more questions, or information not mentioned below, please contact us at 314.298.9944.

Ticketing

Tickets located in our accessible sections can be purchased online here. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone, so our website is the only method to purchase tickets.

For Accessible seating at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, please click “Filters” then “Show Accessible Tickets.” If these tickets are sold out, please purchase a General Admission ticket and we will do our best to accommodate you the day of the show. Please be advised that day of show accessible seating is done on a first come, first served basis, and our accessible seating area can reach capacity early.

Day of Show Parking

To park in an accessible parking space, you will need a valid, state-issued accessible placard or license plate and a venue parking pass. Parking passes can be purchased online via Ticketmaster in advance or on the day of the show with a credit card when you arrive at the parking lots. Options start at $20 per vehicle for general parking if you buy online in advance. Accessible spaces are limited and first come, first served. Our parking crew will work to accommodate you if all accessible spaces are full. Dropping off fans near the gates prior to parking is also allowed.

Accessible Station

If you have questions or need assistance we have a table staffed with guest service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. This is located at the Welcome Center in the Front Entry Plaza.

Unexpected Needs

If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible ones. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need plus one companion.

Interpreter Requests

If you will need an interpreter for an event please give us at least 3 weeks' notice to secure. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 314.298.7389 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Hearing Assistance

Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device.

Service Animals

Like many venues and other large places of assembly, we have a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Our policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability. We require, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

Accommodations

All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
